So what are the main needs to target professionals?
Professionals need luxury and space. You will need to develop your property with that in mind. They have had their high education and university years in bedsits and sharing houses, now they want the luxury of room space and tranquillity when they get home from a busy working day.
If there earning the money then why not, and they will pay for this luxury, so develop your property with that in mind for maximum profit on your house investment.
They dont want large gardens which will exhaust them at weekend, so decking or plain grass is always a good way of appealing to the professional target.
If you can find a good sized accommodation near shops and trendy wine bars, then your half way there. As a rule of thumb develop at least one bathroom for every three bedrooms. Entertaining is high on the agenda to so make sure they is a good sized dining area as this will appeal to all professionals.
If you keep these basic points in mind you will find it easy to attract well paying professionals into your buy to let home.
